Anodising Services

Lightweight protection. Premium finish. Built to last.
We offer professional aluminium anodising for prototypes and production runs—delivering durable, corrosion-resistant finishes with the clean, uniform look your parts deserve. Contact us directly for specifications, pricing, and lead times.

What we offer

Process types: Type II anodising

Colours: Clear/natural, black, and a wide range of colours

Alloys: Typical machining grades (e.g., 6061, 6082, 7075); guidance provided for other alloys

Surface prep: Bead-blast matte, or polish-then-anodise for a brighter look

Detailing: Thread masking/plugging, racking to minimise witness marks

Why anodise?

Corrosion resistance: Creates an oxide layer that stands up to weather and chemicals

Adhesion base: Excellent substrate for dyeing, painting, or laser marking

Weight neutral: Enhances durability without adding meaningful mass

Technical notes (useful for engineers)

Typical thickness: Type II: ~5–25 µm (0.0002–0.001")

Growth vs. penetration: About half the thickness “grows” above the original surface—allow for this on tight fits.

Colour variation: Alloy, temper, and surface prep affect final shade; we can sample before production.

Threads & fits: Specify masked/plugged features or post-process sizing if needed.

Typical applications

Motorsport components, brackets, housings, covers, linkages, spacers, fixtures, and custom hardware where strength-to-weight, durability, and professional appearance matter.
